Description

INGEPROA´s TL-42 hammer mills are grinding machines for all types of clay and slate with a maximum moisture content of 10%.

Their grinding system is based on a series of oscillating hammers that act by impact and abrasion on 3 abrasion on 3 adjustable breaker blades, reducing the granulometry of the incoming material to the required size, which is defined by the customer.

Crushing process

The crushing of the material takes place in two phases.

  1. Primary breakage of the incoming material by hammer speed.
  2. Impact of the material against adjustable breakers. Finally a granulometric screening of the material is produced by means of a system of perforated grids of different configurations and finishes, depending on depending on the needs of the final product.
